IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR VISTA USERS

You must have Administrator privileges to install Direct Connect. To do so, you should install the program following these steps:

1. Install Direct Connect normally
2. Start -> Control Panel -> Programs (if control panel is not in Classic Mode) -> use older programs with this version of Windows -> select program from list -> Direct Connect
3. Wizard opens -> use compatibility mode for Windows XP Service Pack 2 -> skip next screen (with 256 color options, etc.)
4. Select Run as Administrator in the next screen
5. Direct Connect should open and run normally.
